New furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps

Replacement system prices, brands, financing, rebates, and what happens on installation day.

How estimates work

A comfort advisor visits your home, measures the house, inspects ductwork, and gives you three written options (good, better, best) with exact installed prices. Estimates are free, take about 90 minutes, and are valid for 30 days. There is no obligation and no pressure. Estimates are scheduled Monday through Saturday, including evenings until 7 PM.

Brands

We install Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Daikin and Mitsubishi (ductless). We service every brand including Goodman, Rheem, York, American Standard, Bryant and Amana.

Financing and rebates

Financing through Synchrony and GreenSky: 0 percent for 18 months, or 60 to 120 month terms from 7.99 percent APR, on approved credit. Federal tax credits of up to $2,000 apply to qualifying heat pumps and up to $600 to high-efficiency furnaces and ACs. Evergy rebates run $100 to $1,000 depending on efficiency. We handle the rebate paperwork.

Installation day

Most replacements are done in one day, 8 AM to about 4 PM. Two installers, drop cloths throughout, old equipment hauled away, and a walkthrough of the new thermostat before we leave. We pull the city permit and schedule the inspection.

Lead time

Standard systems: two to five business days from approval. In peak season (July and January) up to ten business days. If your system is completely down, we can usually install within 48 hours and lend portable units in the meantime.
