Annual maintenance plan pricing, what a tune-up includes, and member benefits.

Price

$189 per year for one system (furnace plus AC or one heat pump). $129 per year for each additional system. Monthly billing at $16.95 is available.

What a tune-up includes

A 45 to 60 minute visit. For AC: refrigerant pressures, capacitor and contactor test, condenser coil cleaning, drain line flush, electrical connections, thermostat calibration, and airflow check. For furnace: heat exchanger inspection, burner cleaning, flame sensor cleaning, igniter test, gas pressure, safety switch test, blower cleaning, and carbon monoxide check. You get a written report with photos.

Why bother

Manufacturers require annual maintenance to keep the parts warranty valid. A clean, tuned system uses 10 to 15 percent less energy and fails less often in July and January when we are busiest.

Scheduling

Tune-ups are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Members get a reminder in March and September. Cancel any time; no refund on the current year.
