The questions parents ask most.

Is practice cancelled today?: Check your texts and the Weather Line page. If neither shows a cancellation, it is on. Decisions are made by 4 PM weekdays and 7 AM Saturdays.
How much does it cost?: Little Kickers $139, Junior Academy $169, Rec League $165 to $195, camps $189 to $299, plus a $25 annual registration fee. Siblings get 10 percent off.
What age can my child start?: Two, in the Tots group with a parent on the field.
Which group should my child be in?: By age on the first day of the season. Call and describe your child if unsure; we can move them in the first two weeks free.
When does registration open?: Eight weeks before each season: early July for fall, early October for winter, early January for spring, early April for summer camps.
Is the session full? Can I get on the waitlist?: Full groups show a waitlist button on the registration page. Joining is free; we call in order as spots open.
What is your refund policy?: Full refund minus $25 more than 14 days out. 50 percent or full credit within 14 days. No refund after the first session except documented injury or move.
Can I register over the phone?: No, but we will walk you through the online form while on the phone.
Can my child be on a team with a friend?: One friend request per player, honored when both families request each other and are in the same age group.
What does my child need to wear?: Shin guards, cleats outdoors or flat shoes indoors, any athletic clothes. League players get a jersey.
Do you provide the ball?: Yes for classes. League players bring their own to practice; we provide game balls.
Do parents have to stay?: Yes for classes and for league players under 10.
My child does not want to play. Can I get a refund?: Give it three sessions. If it is still not working, call us; we will suggest a different group or issue a credit.
Do you offer financial assistance?: Yes. 50 percent off for families on free or reduced lunch; other cases reviewed individually and confidentially.
Where are the fields?: North Park, East Park, River Park, and our indoor sports center. Assignments are in the app.
Can I switch days or times?: Yes, free in the first two weeks if there is space.
Are coaches background checked?: Yes, every coach and volunteer, plus SafeSport training.
What if it rains?: Light rain, play on. Heavy rain or lightning, cancelled and made up at season end.
Do you do birthday parties?: Yes, at the sports center party room. $275 for 90 minutes with a coach-led game for up to 15 kids.
How do I contact my child's coach?: Coach phone numbers and email are in the app for league families. Class families contact the office.
