Answers to the questions we get most often by phone.

Are you taking new patients?: Yes. New patient appointments are usually available within one to two weeks, sooner for emergencies.
Do you take my insurance?: We are in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, United Concordia, BlueCross BlueShield of Kansas City and Humana. We file all other PPO plans out-of-network. We do not accept HMO/DMO plans, Medicaid or Medicare.
How much is a cleaning without insurance?: $195 to $240 for an adult including exam and X-rays. Our $349 annual membership plan covers two cleanings and more.
How much is a crown?: $1,150 to $1,400 without insurance. With most PPO plans your share is around $600 to $750 after the deductible.
Can you tell me exactly what I will pay?: We can give a range by phone. An exact fee requires an exam, after which you get a written estimate before any work starts.
Do you see children?: Yes, from age one. Our associate dentist sees most of our young patients.
I have a toothache. Can you see me today?: Yes, on weekdays. Call as early as you can; morning emergency slots go first. Saturday emergencies are seen if a dentist is in.
What are your hours?: Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 5:30, Friday 7:30 to 2:00, Saturday 8:00 to 1:00. Closed Sunday.
Do you offer sedation?: Nitrous oxide for any procedure ($65) and oral sedation for longer procedures. We do not offer IV sedation.
Do you do wisdom teeth?: We remove simple erupted wisdom teeth. Impacted wisdom teeth are referred to an oral surgeon.
Do you do Invisalign?: Yes. Free 30-minute consultation. Fees run $3,800 to $5,900.
Do you offer payment plans?: Yes, through CareCredit and Sunbit with 6 and 12 month zero-interest options on approval.
How do I cancel or reschedule?: Call, or reply to the confirmation text. We ask for 24 hours notice.
Where do I park?: Free lot behind the building, entrance from the alley behind the building.
Do you speak Spanish?: Yes. One of our dentists and two front-desk staff speak Spanish.
Can I get my records or X-rays sent to another dentist?: Yes, at no charge. Sign a release form and we send them within five business days.
Do you do teeth whitening?: Yes. In-office whitening is $395; take-home trays are $275.
I lost a filling but it does not hurt. Is that an emergency?: Not urgent, but book within a week so the tooth does not crack. Keep the area clean and avoid chewing on that side.
Do you accept walk-ins?: Only for emergencies. Call ahead so we can have a room ready.
Is there a fee for missed appointments?: First missed appointment, no fee. Second without 24 hours notice, $50.
