How to drop your car off, how estimates and approvals work, how to check on your car, and pickup options.
Drop-off
Appointments are recommended but we take walk-ins for oil changes, inspections and diagnostics. The key drop at the front door is open 24 hours: put your key in an envelope, write your name, phone number, and the problem, and drop it in the slot. Cars dropped overnight are looked at the next business morning in the order received.
Estimates and approval
After the diagnosis you get a text and email with the digital inspection, photos, and an itemized estimate. Approve or decline each line item by tapping in the text, or call us. We do not start any repair until you approve it. If we find something else while working, we stop and send you a revised estimate.
Checking on your car
Your service advisor sends a text when the diagnosis is done, when parts arrive, and when the car is ready. If you have not heard from us by the time we promised, call and ask for the status; the advisor can see the technician's notes in real time. Most diagnostics are complete by noon for cars dropped in the morning.

Shuttle and loaners
Free shuttle within five miles, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, one rider per car; ask when you book. Loaner cars are available for repairs over $500. Six loaners; reserve when you schedule. Loaner drivers must be 21 or older with a valid license and insurance. Fuel is on you.
Pickup and payment
Cars are ready for pickup until 6 PM weekdays and 1 PM Saturday. After-hours pickup: pay by phone or the link in your text, and we lock the key in a lockbox and text you the code. Payment due at pickup. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and financing through Synchrony Car Care (6 months no interest over $199). Vehicles left more than five days after completion accrue $25 per day storage.
Waiting room
Wi-Fi, coffee, a desk, and a kids' corner. Most people wait for oil changes and inspections; for anything over an hour we recommend the shuttle.
