The questions our front desk answers most often.

Is my car ready?: Your advisor texts you the moment it is ready. If you want a live status, call and give your name; the advisor can see the technician's notes.
How much will it cost to fix my car?: We can give a typical range for common jobs over the phone (see the Services page). An exact quote requires seeing the car. The diagnostic fee is $135 and applies to the repair.
Do you charge to look at it?: $135 diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you approve it. No fee for a quick visual look at something like a tire or a loose trim piece.
Do you work on my car?: Yes, all makes and models except Tesla, other EVs, diesels over one ton, motorcycles and RVs.
Do you do European cars?: Yes. BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Volvo and Mini. We have factory-level scan tools for those brands.
Can I get a same-day appointment?: Usually, for oil changes, inspections, brakes and diagnostics. Call before 10 AM for the best chance.
Can I drop my car off after hours?: Yes. Key drop at the front door, open 24 hours.
Do you have loaner cars?: Yes, six loaners for repairs over $500. Reserve when you book. Drivers must be 21 with a license and insurance.
Do you have a shuttle?: Yes, free within five miles, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
What is your warranty?: 3 years or 36,000 miles on parts and labor, honored nationwide.
Do you do state inspections?: Yes. Missouri safety and emissions, $24, no appointment, Monday through Friday.
My check engine light is on. Is it safe to drive?: If it is steady and the car drives normally, yes, but get it checked within a week. If it is flashing, stop driving and have it towed; a flashing light means a misfire that can destroy the catalytic converter.
Can I bring my own parts?: Yes, but we cannot warranty them and labor is 15 percent higher on those jobs.
Do you accept extended warranties?: Yes, most third-party and dealer contracts. Approval adds one to three days.
Do you offer financing?: Yes, Synchrony Car Care, 6 months no interest on repairs over $199.
How do I pay after hours?: By phone or the payment link in your text. We lock the key in a lockbox and text you the code.
Do you do oil changes while I wait?: Yes, 45 to 60 minutes.
Do you do tires?: Yes. We sell most major brands and can usually have tires in by the next day.
Can you tell me what is wrong from the noise I am describing?: Sometimes we can narrow it down, but we will not guess at a repair or a price without seeing it.
Do you buy or sell cars?: No, but we do pre-purchase inspections for $149 if you are buying used.
