Maintenance
Emergency triage first, then a work order with a reference number.
Emergencies
Active water, a gas smell, no heat below freezing, and lockouts are escalated to on-call staff immediately. If it is safe to do so, we will ask you to shut off water at the source before help arrives.
Routine requests
Everything else — a dripping faucet, a squeaky door, a burnt-out bulb in a common area — becomes a work order with a reference number, typically scheduled within 2 to 5 business days.
Checking on a request
Call with your reference number, or your phone number, and we will tell you the current status.
A dripping faucet routed like a flooded unit burns an after-hours callout; a flooded unit routed like a routine order burns the ceiling below it. Triage happens before anything is scheduled.
