Applications, lease terms, renewals and move-out notice.

Applying

Apply online through the tenant portal. A $50 non-refundable application fee applies per adult applicant. We run income, rental history and background checks; approval typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

Lease terms

Standard leases run 12 months. Renewal notice is due 60 days before the lease end date; we send a written renewal offer around the same time. Month-to-month terms are available on some units at a rate premium.

Moving out

Give 30 days written notice per the lease on file. A move-out inspection is scheduled before your last day. Security deposits are returned within 30 days, less any documented deductions.
