Our firm was founded in 2012 by two partners. Seven attorneys and twelve staff handle three practice areas: personal injury, family law, and estate planning and probate. All attorneys are licensed in both Kansas and Missouri.
Quick facts
- Office hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The phone is answered 24 hours a day for new client intake and for existing clients with an urgent matter.
- Personal injury: free consultation, no fee unless we recover money for you.
- Family law: initial consultation is $150 for 45 minutes, credited to your retainer if you hire us.
- Estate planning: free 30-minute consultation. Flat fees for wills and trusts.
- We do not handle criminal defense, immigration, bankruptcy, employment, business litigation, or traffic tickets. We can refer you.
- Languages: English, Spanish and Vietnamese (by appointment).
- Free parking in the garage under the building; validate at the front desk.
What to expect when you call
You will be asked a few questions about your situation so we can confirm it is something we handle, check for conflicts of interest, and get you to the right attorney. Everything you tell us is confidential. Nothing you say on a first call creates an attorney-client relationship or an obligation to hire us.
Important: the person who answers the phone cannot give legal advice. Only an attorney can, and only after a consultation. If you have a court date, a filing deadline, or were just served with papers, say so at the start of the call so we can prioritize you.
