Frequently asked questions

The questions our intake team answers most often.

Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes. A 20-minute consultation with the injector is required before any first treatment, so your goals and medical history are reviewed first.
How much does the consultation cost?
$25, credited toward your treatment if you book it the same visit.
What does a treatment cost?
As a generic demo price only, neuromodulator touch-ups start around $12 per unit. Exact pricing depends on units and area, and the injector sets it at consultation, not on the phone.
What does a treatment actually involve?
It depends on the treatment. In general: numbing if needed, the injection or laser session itself, and aftercare instructions. Ask us to describe a specific treatment and we will answer from our treatment guide.
How long does an appointment take?
Consultations are 20 minutes. Treatment appointments vary by service, typically 20 to 60 minutes; we will tell you the estimate for the treatment you are asking about.
What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A no-show without notice may be charged a $50 fee.
Can I book online or does it have to be by phone?
You can book by phone right now, and we will text you a confirmation and a reminder ahead of the appointment.
I've been a client before, can you look up my file?
Yes. We verify your phone number and date of birth first, then pull up your history and upcoming appointments.
Are you open on weekends?
We are open Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday.
What if I have a medical condition or take medication?
Tell us during the consultation. The injector reviews medical history before recommending any treatment.
Do you offer numbing for injections?
Yes, topical numbing is available for most injection treatments; ask about it when you book.
Can someone else book on my behalf?
Yes, but we will still need to speak with you directly, or verify your details, before confirming a treatment appointment.
